David McLean
BOARD PRESIDENT
David McLean is Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chief Digital Officer at the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), where he drives digital and sustainability innovation at a global scale. With deep expertise in environmental transparency, ESG integration, and public-private partnerships, David brings strategic leadership and systems thinking to Cambio Labs. As Board President, he plays a central role in governance, growth strategy, and guiding our organization through critical operational pivots.

Daniela Lizarraga
BOARD TREASURER
Daniela Lizarraga is the President of ALPFA El Paso and Head of the Navigators Team at El Centro de la Raza, where she leads multilingual, culturally responsive support services for Latino and immigrant communities across New Mexico. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership and community-based economic development, Daniela brings a justice-centered lens to every initiative. As Board Treasurer, she ensures ethical financial oversight and alignment with our values of equity and access.

Isabella de Martin
BOARD DIRECTOR
Isabella de Martin is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Volare Leadership International. She is a credentialed coach and leadership development professional who provides transformational coaching to leaders across industries. A business leader and entrepreneur, she equips her clients with practical solutions for immediate application, enhancing their decision-making, strategic thinking, and leadership effectiveness. She partners as an executive coach with New Level Work and The Firefly Group, and her clients include NASA, Haleon, The World Bank, University of California, and Banco de Santander. As a Board Director, Isabella offers invaluable insight into leadership development, organizational culture, and mission-aligned growth—ensuring Cambio Labs leads with empathy and integrity.

Mort Aaronson
BOARD DIRECTOR
Mort Aaronson is CEO of Grey Matter Advisory Group and a member of the prestigious Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches. A seasoned executive and business strategist, Mort has led and advised organizations across industries, with a focus on scaling purpose-driven companies and building high-performing leadership teams. As a Board Director, he supports Cambio Labs in advancing executive strategy, long-term sustainability, and big-picture thinking.

EDNA YOHANNES
BOARD member
Edna Yohannes, serves as the Executive Director of Development at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine. With more than 15 years of senior executive experience spanning healthcare, academia, and corporate sectors, she brings expertise in organizational leadership, high-profile project management, strategic partnerships, and program development. As a member of the leadership team for UC Riverside’s inaugural Living the Promise campaign, she contributed to raising more than $300 million. Over her career, she has designed and implemented numerous programs and outreach initiatives that have generated millions of dollars in philanthropic support. Prior to joining UCR, Ms. Yohannes served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the President at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, where she acted as liaison to the Board of Trustees and Board of Councilors, supervised staff, and directed administrative, financial, and operational functions. In 2013, she spearheaded the creation of the President’s Community Advisory Council, including the development of its governing charter. She also led the execution of three institutional strategic plans and possesses extensive experience with WASC and other accreditation processes. Ms. Yohannes is the founder of Global Bridges, a California-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering immigrant and underrepresented communities by fostering pathways to social mobility and financial resilience. She earned her MBA and a degree from Biola University, graduating summa cum laude, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics.

Michelle Maluwetig
BOARD SECRETARY
Michelle Maluwetig is the Director of Organizational Development at Cambio Labs, where she oversees operations, team systems, and storytelling strategy. With a career rooted in youth development, community programs, and nonprofit operations, she bridges vision with execution. As Board Secretary, Michelle helps maintain clarity, documentation, and momentum between board and staff while advancing structural improvements to scale impact.
