MAD partnered with Cambio Labs to use Journey as a national training and operations platform for scaling its care-based education model across India.

Implementation Process:

Collaborated with MAD leadership to digitize core training, pedagogy, and operational guidelines
Designed a pre-bootcamp Journey program to prepare community organizers before an in-person national training
