Cambio Labs partnered with New York City Center in a multi-month co-creation process to digitize their high school externship program and prepare it for expansion across schools.

Co-designed the externship curriculum with NYC Center staff, translating existing slides and workshops into interactive challenges on Journey

Built new prompts, submission workflows, and project-based activities aligned with arts administration, nonprofit management, and theater production

Supported the creation and integration of original video content, including “day-in-the-life” staff interviews
